Cosmetology offers the potential to earn an excellent salary and benefits. In fact, the average salon employee earns about $38,500 a year. And that's an average. A national average. Just imagine what that figure is here in Southern California.

You can't get the job, however, without quality training. And quality training is going to cost you something. Your time. Your best effort. And, of course, money. For new enrollees at COBAthe money is usually the easiest to handle.

COBA is authorized by the U.S. Department of Education to administer Federal Programs of student assistance including PELL Grants and Student Loans to qualified students

Note that grants are "gifts" . . . loans must be repaid.

An individual payment plan based on your personal circumstances can also be arranged.
